Seven Crits in Nine days is what Speed Week is all about. It kicked off in Athens, GA on April 28th. Twilight gave rider Cheryl Fuller Muller a rough start as she went down in a crash on the last lap in the Pro race.
Roswell proved to be much better for the LG riders as Katie “K2″ Herman once again proved her strength and smarts in the Cat 3/4 race and rode away with a 2nd place finish with help from teammates Kim Schaper and Elizabeth Lee.
The Pro race later that day ended with a 12th place finish for Fuller Muller.
Both Beaufort and Walterboro brought respectable finishes for Cheryl and Jennie May.
In Spartanburg K2 again took the 3rd podium spot with teammate Elizabeth Lee following close for a 5th place finish.
K2 grabbed yet another podium as she placed 2nd in the Electric City Crit.
The final day in Sandy Springs gave Elizabeth Lee a 6th place result in the 3/4 race.
Later that afternoon Cheryl Fuller Muller placed 11th in the Pro race ending the week with a 12th place in the Overall Series.
The LG Factory Team finished 9th in the Team Competition.
